Showtime and SPBA grow our partnership
The Southern Peninsula Basketball Association and Showtime Basketball are thrilled to share the news that the existing partnership between the two organisations has grown and will be extended for a further two years. The growth of this partnership is another demonstration of how the SPBA is making a clear effort to look after their members by providing unique basketball opportunities through these partnerships .
Kelvin Taylor, the Director of Showtime Basketball sees the partnership with SPBA as “a unique opportunity to support one of the most successful Basketball Associations in Australia, we are over the moon to extend our partnership with the SPBA and align ourselves with the success that they continue to have”. Showtime Basketball was started by Kelvin Taylor in 2002 in order to work with basketball communities across Australia and the USA by providing unique recruiting and travel opportunities. Showtime now has staff across Australia and the USA who have visited over 200 US college campuses, 40 US states and hundreds of top USA tourist attractions. Our staff’s experience includes over 20 years of college coaching experience and leading more than 2500 people on basketball tours between Australia and the USA for clients such as Box Hill SSC, Yale University and Oklahoma State University. Showtime’s network across the USA ensure reach tour has access to the best games, experiences and facilities available making for a lifetime of memories.
Showtime Basketball will be prominently featured on all of SPBA Polo Shirts as well as SPBA’s our BigV Coaches Jackets. SPBA will soon be sharing with our members the chance to travel with Showtime Basketball where they will have the opportunity to experience the NBA and college hoops like never before with their friends and families.
